4. Payment Terms

By initiating a report submission through BOIRFILE.US, you agree to the following payment terms:

Each Beneficial Ownership Information Report submitted through our Platform incurs a $349 fee. This charge becomes due upon initiation of the submission process and covers our administrative and technical assistance services.

4.2 Payment Authorization

By providing payment credentials, you warrant that you possess legal authority to utilize the specified payment method and consent to the immediate charge of applicable fees. Payment processing may appear on statements under the descriptor "BOIRFILE.US", "Get BOIR Reports", or similar variations.

4.3 Non-Refundable Fee Structure

All Service Fees paid to BOIRFILE.US are final and non-refundable following submission initiation. This policy applies regardless of FinCEN's acceptance, rejection, or processing outcome. Our fee compensates for services rendered during the preparation and submission phases, which cannot be reversed once completed.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

BOIRFILE.US functions solely as a submission facilitation platform. You acknowledge and accept the following critical limitations:

• We bear no responsibility for FinCEN's final determination regarding your report's acceptance, rejection, or compliance status
• Submission through our Platform does not guarantee regulatory compliance or approval
• We provide no legal, financial, accounting, or tax advisory services of any kind
• No representations or warranties are made concerning the completeness, accuracy, or sufficiency of your filing
• FinCEN maintains exclusive authority over all final processing and compliance determinations

6. User Obligations

Utilization of BOIRFILE.US requires your adherence to the following obligations:

8. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BOIRFILE.US, PROFESSIONAL FILINGS LLC, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall bear no liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind. This limitation encompasses, without restriction, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
